Sue Roberts of Net Inks in Central Point Oregon, wants you to know that not all re-manufactured ink cartridges are created equal.
"Many people refill ink cartridges themselves. They don't know that most cartridges have a foam pad which needs to be cleaned or replaced. They don't realize that it's like changing the oil in your car and putting the dirty filter back on."
